Q3: What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and delivery cycle?
A: Standard MOQ is one full 20GP container; small trial orders are negotiable for long-term partners. Relying on Zhejiang & Shandong mature steel industrial chains and nearby port logistics, regular stock items can ship within 7–15 working days; customized special specifications take 18–30 working days after deposit confirmation.

Q5: What payment terms and packaging options are available?
A: Flexible payment modes: 30% T/T deposit, balance against copy of B/L; irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for large orders. For packaging, we use waterproof plastic film + metal strapping + wooden pallets to prevent rust and deformation during long ocean transit. Custom export packaging marks and labels can be printed as your request.
